JMU has long been a leader in arbitration, particularly in regards to international clients and cross-border transactions. We advise on all aspects which may affect the contract, such as choice of law and venue provisions, and ensure that all essential arbitration clauses are considered when drafting an agreement. Along with holding the Secretariat of the European Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, several attorneys lecture on arbitration at the University of Siena and the Chamber of Commerce and provide training programmes for the study of extra-judicial dispute resolution.
