Arbitration

JMU provides extensive counsel in this field, built not only on its years of experience in arbitral proceedings, but also from an intricate knowledge of the workings of international arbitration. We regularly practice in both domestic and international arbitrations, and for Italian and non-Italian clients. Other related actions have included carrying out proceedings for recognition of foreign arbitral decisions and enforcing their awards. The firm is highly involved with the study of international arbitration, with regular attendance and speaking at conferences, teaching university courses, and regular involvement with the European Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, for which a senior partner is acting Secretary.
