Construction

The attorneys at JMU are highly specialized in construction, with experience including works such as the development of commercial centres, power plants, and infrastructure projects. We are also retained as counsel for construction of the new railway high speed junction in Florence. To advise on any construction projects regulated by the Italian law on public works (Codice degli Appalti del 2005), proper legal assistance must include not only the drafting and negotiation of the contractual documents, but also a working relationship with those persons responsible within the public entities. From our experience on these projects, we can comfortably provide both of these aspects in our service, working in English or whatever language best serves our client.
