Our corporate practice group assists in the setting-up of companies, joint ventures, temporary business arrangements ("raggruppamenti temporanei di imprese"), and other types of collaborative contracts, and the related activity and document preparation is a standard part of our practice for a wide variety of commercial, industrial, and financial institutions. Along with drafting articles of association and providing counsel for directors and shareholders, we also advise on the acquisition of private equity, the negotiation of shareholders’ agreements, and the assignment and separation of businesses divisions.
