Public Works and Procurement

The laws and regulations applicable to public procurement contracts are complex and diverse. JMU advises on all legal principles of the Codice degli Appalti of 2005, which includes the anti-mafia and anti-money laundering provisions and norms concerning the so-called settori speciali. We also coordinate all acts and documents necessary for the submission of tenders, as well as the creation of legal structures such as consortia, "riunioni temporanee di imprese", and joint ventures, which are then utilized to fulfil all technical and economic conditions required by the contracting authorities.
