Sport and Sponsorship

We represent a number of clients in their contract negotiation and in the protection of their intellectual property. This practice group includes an ex-professional motorcyclist, who is licensed as a manager of the "Federazione Motociclistica Italiana", and an ATP internationally-ranked tennis player who represents the Italian Tennis Federation at all international meetings and events. Both are highly specialized in the applicable laws and regulations, with particular training on marketing and communication, sports management, athlete development, and law and the economy in sport.
